Refund Policy

Refunds are not available except in the case of an emergency, at the discretion of PCA.

Written requests for refunds in the case of an emergency must be submitted via email to:
paul.curtis@paincoachacademy.com. Any refund will incur a $500 non-refundable fee, and will be prorated.

Refunds will not be issued beyond a 60-day period from the start date of the class.

If you have not completed the graduation requirements by the course end date, and need additional time to finish, there will be a $100.00 administrative fee per month, with a 3-month limit.

If you withdraw from our program after completing the Health and Wellness training course a refund of $1,190.00 will be issued for the price of the Advanced Pain Coach Training course.
