We’re partnering with an organization bringing personalized health and wellness coaching into a premier senior living community in the North Detroit suburbs. We’re looking for a full-time, onsite Health & Longevity Coach who is passionate about helping older adults build healthier habits, maintain independence, and improve their overall quality of life.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, brings a strong background in health, wellness, fitness, or coaching, and is excited to help shape a growing model of healthy aging.

What You'll Do

● Deliver personalized one-on-one health and wellness coaching to residents

● Build trusted relationships through regular touchpoints and community engagement

● Lead group workshops and educational sessions on health and wellness topics

● Coach across areas such as movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, mindset, and healthy aging

● Help residents understand and apply insights from wearable technology and health data

● Collaborate with senior living staff and healthcare professionals as appropriate

● Support family engagement and communication when relevant

● Contribute feedback and ideas to help strengthen and expand the program

What We're Looking For

● Experience in health coaching, fitness, nutrition, wellness, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related field

● Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills

● Comfortable working independently in an onsite environment

● Patient, empathetic, and highly comfortable working with older adults

● Passion for helping people maintain health, independence, and quality of life as they age

● Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset with a willingness to problem-solve and help build a developing program

● Familiarity with wearable technology such as Garmin, WHOOP, Fitbit, Oura, or similar platforms preferred

● Experience working with adults age 80+ preferred, or a strong interest in serving this population

Role 2: Full-Time Remote Health Coach - Chronic Condition Management

We’re partnering with a digital health company that supports Medicare patients managing

chronic conditions, and we’re looking for a Health Coach to join their team. This is a fully

remote, full-time role focused on proactive patient outreach, behavior change, care coordination,

and helping patients stay engaged in their care.

What You'll Do

● Provide one-on-one coaching and support to patients managing chronic conditions such

as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease
